A PASSION FOR IMPACT
Bill Crane is a senior leader with 25+ years of experience driving change and strategic communications across a number of industries and functions. Most recently, he’s helping nonprofits identify, design, implement and sustain the changes they need to achieve their missions.
Pulling on a broad range of experiences, Bill’s approach helps organizations make change real. Whether it’s managing the full portfolio of changes underway, or tackling both the “Big C” and “little c” kinds of changes, his practical mindset to framing any change on the horizon helps quickly identify the right strategy and clear path forward.
He has built deep experience in change strategy and execution, strategic communications, stakeholder and leadership alignment, culture and organization development, program management and development, learning development and event management. Those foundational skills have led to new opportunities in volunteer development, grant prospecting and writing, fundraising and other essential components of nonprofit operations.
Bill has worked with organizations of all scale and complexity, including the Foundation for Senior Services, Recovery on Water (ROW), PwC, Accenture, American Express, Moody’s, Material, Point B and others through both corporate roles and consulting experience. He’s tackled a range of business challenges, including launching new strategies, leadership transitions, brand repositionings, technology enhancements, program launches, team engagement and development, crisis events and more.
